Enkar is slightly smaller than
Earth and colder. The planet’s land to
water ratio is almost evenly matched.
Hardy vegetation grows abundantly and animals tend to be large.
Physical Appearance/Culture: Enkara are humanoid
with slight variations to their internal organs. Their average height is comparable to most
humans. They have dark-green skin and
dark green eyes. Their hair color varies
from dark brown to jet black, which they typically wear shoulder length. Their average lifespan is 52 years. Not much is known about their culture, but
Starfleet believes that the Enkara are extremely warlike, possibly fanatical in
their belief that they are superior to all other sentient races.
Government/History: The only thing known at this time is that the
Enkara currently has a dictatorial regime and that they have conquered or
colonized all habitable worlds within 30 light years of their planet, and they
apparently are expanding. Any alien
ships that enter their claimed space are considered enemy targets. Based on information
gathered from the S’Klopses and through limited contact by the crew of the
U.S.S. Monarch, the Enkara use alien
captives as slave labor.
Technology: The Enkara technology is comparable to Earth
of the early 23rd Century; however, primary development has centered on weapons
and defense, allowing the Enkara to create weapons roughly equal or slightly
superior to those currently used by Starfleet.
They do possess transporter technology.
Although the Enkara ships are equipped with warp drive, their range is
limited to less than one hundred light years without refueling and top speed is
known to be warp 6.7.

Class M
Political System Constitutional Monarchy
Capital Elturahn
Population 4.8 billion
Warp Capable 2205
Diameter 12,948 km
Distance from Star 149,328,000 km
Surface Temperature -34.2° to 39.9°C,
Rotation Period 22 hours 12 minutes
Orbital Period 361 days 12 hours 31
minutes
Gravity 1.02
standard
Moons 1 (Huropu)
Orbital Facilities Telek 4 Science Station
Federation Member No
(Friendly)
Hurak Prime is essentially
Earth-like in size and appearance. The
planet has four major continents and about a dozen large islands that make up
about 58% of the planet’s surface. The
other 42% of the surface is covered by fresh water seas. Weather patterns are similar to Earth and
noticeable seasonal rain and snow are normal.
Physical Appearance/Culture: The Hurak are a
humanoid species, quite similar in appearance to humans with the exception of
eye configuration. The Hurak optic nerve
is capable of detecting light frequencies outside of normal human sight,
possibly in the infrared range, and has greater distance. The iris is silver-colored, which gives the
appearance that a Hurak’s eyes actually glow like fire when the light reflects
off his or her eyes. Males average 1.9
meters in height, while females average 1.78 meters. They have olive colored skin and golden
hair. Males typically wear their hair
long, while the females shave the center of their heads, almost like a reverse
Mohawk. The Hurak language is extremely
complex in syntax and structure.
Starfleet’s most recent universal translator software could not
translate it without the Hurak providing additional programming to the UT. The Hurak are a peaceful people who share
humanity’s desire for space exploration in order to learn as much as they can
about the universe and those who live in it.
Government/History: Hurak Prime has been a constitutional
monarchy for several hundred years. The
people of the planet have never known war among themselves and they have always
sought to coexist peacefully and each person seeks to benefit others. They have taken this philosophy into space with
them.
Technology: The Hurak technological development basically
parallels Earth’s, but Hurak pacifistic philosophy has prevented the
development of any kind of weapons, except for use in protecting their ships
and planet from natural dangers such as meteors. The Hurak have developed protective energy
shields for their ships and major cities in response to an encounter with a
hostile alien race that occurred nearly two centuries ago. Because of this, Hurak shield technology is
far superior to anything that the Federation, Klingons, or Romulans currently
has.

Runii
Planet P’Khati
Class M
Political System Democratic Republic
Capital G’hanet
Population 3.1 billion
Warp Capable Entered theoretical phase
2376
Diameter 12,503 km
Distance from Star 150,014,000 km
Surface Temperature -41.7° to 42.1°C,
Rotation Period 24 hours 12 minutes
Orbital Period 374 days 4 hours 03
minutes
Gravity 0.98 standard
Moons 1 (T’Rhek)
Orbital Facilities None
Federation Member No
(Friendly/Federation Protectorate)
P’Khati is slightly smaller than
Earth, but it is similar with its proportion of land to water ratio. The planet also undergoes similar seasonal
changes as Earth since its axial tilt compared to its sun is almost identical
to Earth’s.
Physical Appearance/Culture: The Runii are a
humanoid species, similar in appearance to humans with two major
exceptions. Runii have four digits on
each of their hands and feet. They also
have three nostrils. Hair color tends to
be brown or black for most individuals.
Runii skin color is brown or dark tan.
Regardless of gender, Runii usually parallel human male average height
and weight. Culturally, the Runii have
developed much like Earth; however, the planet created a unified government
comparatively more quickly than Earth did.
Runii males typically dominate public service and government, while
females excel in the arts and sciences.
The Runii are highly intelligent and resourceful. They respect all life and are determined to
protect their ecology, even if technological advancement must be delayed to do
so.
Government/History: P’Khati is a peaceful world that has enjoyed
a unified government for about 130 years.
It has a representative democratic form of government with four major
political parties and another six or seven minor parties. Local political issues are usually debated
and decided by direct citizen participation.
Technology: Runii technology closely parallels Earth’s
mid-21st Century level of development. They have an inter-planetary space program in
place and are beginning to work toward faster-than-light interstellar
travel. They assume that they are not
alone in the universe and plan to prove their assumption by going where none of
their people have gone before.

Seleri
Planet Selerus
Class M
Political System Council of Leaders (based on
historical family lines)
Capital Meehenek
Population 8.3 billion
Warp Capable At least 3 millennia
Diameter 12,644 km
Distance from Star 149,328,000 km
Surface Temperature -28.9° to 46.2°C,
Rotation Period 22 hours 58 minutes
Orbital Period 361 days 12 hours 31
minutes
Gravity 0.99 standard
Moons None
Orbital Facilities None
Federation Member No
(Friendly/Semi-Isolationists)
Selerus is almost the same size as
Earth and much of it is a sub-tropical jungle.
The planet has one major continent and hundreds of small islands
scattered throughout its two oceans.
Only one third of the planet is covered by water. The equatorial region of the planet is where
most inhabitants choose to live, due to the climate.
Physical Appearance/Culture: The Seleri are a
dinosaur-like species. In fact, the
Seleri is the parent race of the Saurians, a Federation member race. Seleri have four hearts and can breathe
several different gases that are either poisonous or not breathable by most
humanoid species. Their night vision is
superior to most other known species, but not quite as good as human eyesight
in the sunlight. Seleri look so similar
to one another, both males and females, that it is difficult for a non-Seleri
to distinguish between them. The Seleri
have isolated themselves after an ancient period of
galactic exploration, believing that their own planet was the best place for
them to live. They have a strong
affinity for self-reliance as individuals and as a race; therefore, they do not
wish to seek outside help, even when threatened with extinction.
Government/History: Selerus is ruled by a council of leaders that
is made up of representatives from each province and inhabited region. Succession of each leader comes through the
family line. The Seleri explored much of
the galaxy about three millennia ago, but some of their starships were
lost. It is theorized that the Saurians
are the ancestors of the survivors of those vessels.
Technology: The Seleri are technologically more advanced
than most Alpha and Beta Quadrant societies known to the Federation; however,
they have abandoned space exploration.

Defense C&C Station, Defense Satellite Production and Repair Station
Federation Member No
(Neutral/Isolationist)
Pesedon has a cooler temperature
than Earth and forty-six percent of the surface is covered by snow and ice
year-round.
Physical Appearance/Culture: The S’Klopses are humanoid. They
are much taller than humans; the males that have been encountered range in
height from 2.5 to 2.7 meters. The most
notable feature that sets the S’Klopses apart from humans is the single eye in
the middle of their foreheads. They tend
to be isolationists due to negative encounters with other worlds during their
galactic exploration period (4-6 thousand years ago). An expedition to Earth, which they visited
about five thousand years ago, became a tragic event when one of the explorers
encountered a group of ancient Greek sailors.
In ignorance and fear, the sailors blinded the S’Klopses as he slept in
a cave that he had set up as a temporary laboratory to study Earth’s ecosystem. The Monarch’s
archaeologists and historians hypothesized that this encounter precipitated the
Cyclops myth in Homer’s Odyssey.
Government/History: Little is known about Pesedon
government. First contact was
established with Prefect Golgath by the U.S.S. Monarch in 2378. It is not
known whether Golgath is one of his planet’s leaders or an officer of a
military/police official.
Technology: Little is known of Pesedon’s level of
technology, but all indications appear that it is superior to Earth’s as of
2378, especially in regard to transporter technology. The S’Klopses abandoned interstellar travel
thousands of years ago, but they have developed matter/energy transport device
with a range of at least three to four light years. The actual range of their transporters may be
much farther, but that is speculation.
The S’Klopses have also developed a network of
hundreds of thousands of satellites that surround their star system in a
spherical shape. These satellites can
generate an energy force field to prevent any ship or other object from entering
the system.

Little is known about Tranak, but
the U.S.S.
Physical Appearance/Culture: The Tranak appear
to be fish-like humanoids. They are
amphibious, capable of breathing underwater or in Nitrogen-Oxygen
atmospheres. They have bluish-gray skin
and appear hairless. They have a single
ridge running from the center of their foreheads to the base of their
necks. Their ears are fin-shaped. Not much is known about the Tranak culture;
however, first contact with the species was less than cordial. The
Government/History: Nothing is known at this time about their
government or history. The only clue
about their recent past is the Tranak commander’s mention of the Rihansa
invaders.
Technology: Tranak appear to be technologically inferior
to most Federation worlds, at least in regard to scans of the only Tranak ships
that have been observed. They have a
primitive form of warp drive, probably first generation, and their sublight
engines are chemically fueled, similar to late 20th and early 21st
Century Earth rockets. Tranak ships are
equipped with primitive laser weapons.

Velor is slightly larger than
Earth. Most of the planet’s water is
underground, but there are several large lakes and rivers on the surface. There are few forests, but the planet has
many grassy plains areas.
Physical Appearance/Culture: Velorans are
marginally humanoid. They range in
height from 1.6 to 1.9 meters in height (both males and females). They have light green skin and green eyes and
a vertical column of three short spikes protruding from their foreheads. Velorans have two upper arms with two
forearms extending from each elbow. Each
of their four hands has three fingers.
Each knuckle also has a short spike, which can be deadly for most
opponents during a fist fight. They are
extremely ambidextrous. Typical hair
color is black or dark brown and both males and females usually wear their hair
short. A veloran’s average lifespan is
one hundred twelve years and they mature more quickly than most humanoids,
reaching adulthood by age eleven. Both
males and females (civilians) wear similar style of leather-like clothing.
Government/History: Velor is a constitutional monarchy, ruled by
a king or queen. The ruling monarch is
the eldest person of the royal family, so succession is not necessarily from
parent to offspring. In addition to the
ruling monarch, an elected planetary council represents the people and enacts
all laws. The council consists of
seventy-two representatives, two from each of the thirty-six provinces. Each province also has a governor appointed
by the ruling monarch and then confirmed by popular vote. If the monarch’s appointee does not win
confirmation by at least fifty-five percent of the people, a new appointee will
be chosen and presented for confirmation.
The governor serves for a term of twelve years unless the ruling monarch
terminates the term early, but termination only occurs in extreme
circumstances.
Technology: Velor’s level of technology is similar to
Earth’s as of 2378.

Welva is essentially Earth-like in
size and appearance. The two major
continents are heavily forested with various plains and mountains. About 68% of Welva’s surface is covered by
water. Weather patterns tend to vary
little year round, but noticeable seasonal rain and snow are normal.
Physical Appearance/Culture: Welvans are
humanoid. They are taller than most
humans, averaging 2.1 meters in height (both males and females). They have gold colored skin and dark brown
eyes. Their hair color ranges from
yellowish blonde to light brown. Males
typically wear their hair at shoulder length, whereas females usually let their
hair grow to the middle of their backs.
They have slightly pointed ears, but the tips are more rounded than
those of Vulcans and Romulans. Like
Vulcans, the Welvans enjoy a lifespan greater than most other known humanoid
species. The average lifespan for
Welvans is three hundred sixty-two years.
Men dress in satin-like robes with loose-fitting pants. Females wear satin-like dresses, usually
various pastel colors. The head of a
clan wears a thin silver band on his head.
These crowns are eloquently handcrafted and the design identifies the
clan of the wearer. Males typically
carry a bow and quiver of arrows wherever they go. Archery is both a traditional and ceremonial
activity. The Welvan clans compete
annually in athletic games—similar to Earth’s Olympics. Each winning contestant wins a golden bow and
the clan leader receives a life-size statue of a Welvan slaying a veelat.
Government/History: Welva has been a clan society since the
beginning of the planet’s recorded history.
The clans were typically peaceful toward one another, but occasional
disagreements have occurred between certain clans; however, there has never
been a war fought in Welva’s history.
The clans have enjoyed a united planetary government for several
centuries. The eldest son of each clan’s
leader makes up the ruling council.
Welva made contact with the United Federation of Planets in 2374 and
established an Embassy on
Technology: Welva has a sophisticated technology, but the
people have chosen to keep that technology behind the scenes due to a
philosophy of being one with nature.
Communications and public long-distance transportation is used between
cities and villages, but Welvans prefer to walk or ride hoofan (similar
to a horse, but has a rhino-like horn on its nose with four nostrils) wherever
they go when traveling within a few kilometers of their homes. They turned toward the exploration of their
star system in Earth year 2259 and broke the warp barrier in 2352. First contact with the Federation took place
in 2374 when a Welvan scout ship entered
